Before entering into the Real Estate industry in Maine, Peter spent time building custom homes on Nantucket Island in Massachusetts, constructing projects from frame to finish. This background in building has been invaluable to Peter in helping buyers and sellers see the value of quality construction and what adds or detracts value in a home or property.

Peter joined RE/MAX By The Bay as a Sales Agent in 2006, and after 3 years of working for himself, he joined the David Banks Team in the fall of 2009.

Peter currently lives in Cape Elizabeth with his wife Kate and daughter Charlotte. He graduated from Cape Elizabeth High School in 1999 and received his BA from St. Lawrence University in Canton, New York. He has been involved with the Chewonki Foundation, Habitat for Humanity, and enjoys spending free time playing in various soccer and lacrosse leagues, and fishing whenever possible.
