Francesca Grassi is a lifelong resident of Portland, living just a block away from where she grew up. She started her real estate career in 2001 as an asset manager for affordable housing in Maine & NH. She became licensed in 2005 and over the years has worked as an assistant to top Realtors in Greater Portland, as well as a listing and buyer agent herself. In 2009, she became the assistant to the owner and senior loan officer at a local lender.

She brings this experience to her role as Closing Coordinator with the David Banks Team, managing each contract-to-close with clear communication to ensure a smooth, organized and stress-free closing experience so clients and agents can move forward with confidence.

Francesca enjoys spending time with her large family, cooking, entertaining and traveling with her husband and son.
